As we explain on the page, they are free-ranging animals, so we cannot guarantee sightings at 100%, but the probability is highest (over 98%). • For beginners: We use double sit-on-top kayaks, wide and very stable, perfect for learning right away. The guide provides a comprehensive briefing and follows you throughout.

• For children: Participants from 4 years and upwards, always comfortably seated in the double kayak with an adult. We provide life jackets in all sizes and the guide has special attention for the little ones.

Your safety and the quality of the experience are paramount.

Bad weather: If weather and sea conditions are unsafe (strong wind, rough sea), we will cancel or move the tour. In this case, you will be entitled to a full refund or to reschedule the excursion to another date, at no extra cost.

Voluntary cancellation: You can cancel your reservation free of charge within 24 hours from the start of the tour, receiving a full refund. After this deadline, it will not be possible to refund

Enjoy safe hiking with our sit-on-top double kayaks. Their stability and ease of manoeuvre make them ideal even for first-time kayakers. If you already have kayaking experience, you can opt for a single kayak on request.

We also welcome families with children! Children from 4 years of age may participate in our activities, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult and wear the safety equipment provided. For any specific needs or special requests regarding children, please contact our guides or the person responsible for reservations in advance.

The possibility of falling into the water during an excursion with our kayaks is extremely low. Our double kayaks are designed to offer maximum stability and before you begin your activity you will receive all the necessary instructions for safe paddling. Even if you can't swim, don't worry: we provide approved life jackets that will keep you afloat. Our guides are qualified and trained to handle any emergency situations, including tipping over a kayak, and will help you get back on board quickly and safely.

It is important that the weather conditions are favourable to fully enjoy a hike. During the summer, the weather can be changeable, which is why our guides constantly monitor the forecast. If the weather conditions are not safe or suitable for the tour, the guides reserve the right to cancel it. In this case, we will offer you the option of obtaining a full refund or rescheduling the excursion to another date.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all participants, including your pets, we accept small and medium-sized dogs, provided they are well-behaved and used to being in public settings.

For large dogs, it is essential to notify the guides in advance to assess feasibility and take appropriate precautions.

To park your car, we recommend the large car park located directly on the Spiaggia dei Baracconi beach, right next to our meeting point. It will be easy to find us!
