What is the difference between guided kayak tours and kayak hire?

The guided excursion is a 3-hour tour with an experienced guide (often a marine biologist) who accompanies you, tells you about the area and maximises your chances of spotting dolphins. It includes equipment, snorkelling and a meal (breakfast/aperitif). Kayak hire gives you complete freedom: choose the duration (1, 2, 3 or 5 hours, or the whole day) and independently explore the coves of Cape Figari at your own pace.

Where do hikes and rentals start from?

All activities, both guided tours and kayak and SUP rentals, start from the Spiaggia dei Baracconi beach in Golfo Aranci, a short walk from Cala Moresca. The exact address is Via Cala Moresca, 07020 Golfo Aranci.

How can I book and what are the cancellation conditions?

You can book directly online via the product pages of the website. Prices and availability are updated in real time. Cancellation is free of charge within 24 hours of the start of the activity, with a full refund. In case of bad weather, the excursion is cancelled or rescheduled with a full refund.

What are the best times for a guided hike?

You can choose from four times: at sunrise (6:30am), for a peaceful experience with breakfast on the island; in the morning (8:30-10:30am), ideal for snorkelling; at lunchtime (12:00-2:00pm), with warm sunshine; or at sunset (5:00pm-6:00pm), for a romantic atmosphere with golden hour aperitifs. Each time offers a different experience.

What are the age and weight limits?

The activity is not suitable for children under 4 years of age, persons over 100 kg and persons over 70 years of age. Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
