Booking your Golfo Aranci adventure is quick and easy! You can do it directly online in 3 simple steps:

Choose your experience (Guided kayak tour or independant rental)

Select date and time (Sunrise, Morning, Afternoon, Sunset)

Complete the payment secure with credit card

We accept all major payment methods for maximum flexibility and security:

✅ Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)
✅ Prepaid cards (Postepay, etc.)
✅ Apple Pay and Google Pay (quick payment from the smartphone)

Your security is our priority! Our payment system is encrypted and PCI DSS compliant, same as those used by banks. Your data travel protected and we never have access to your full card information.

Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Online credit card payment will be available upon confirmation of the tour; we will contact you. If you prefer to pay upon arrival, we offer card or cash payments. Your credit card will also be charged in the event of a last-minute cancellation outside of our cancellation policy or in the event of a late arrival.

We offer a transparent and flelxible cancellation policy to give you maximum peace of mind:

Free cancellation until 24 hours before the time of departure. The refund will be made in full to your card.

Within 24 hours: In case of bad weather or unsafe seas, we will decide together whether the excursion should be postponed or whether the payments made should be fully refunded to the credit card used. In the event of cancellation on your part, no refund will be issued, except in cases of higher powers.

No penalties for date changesif you have an unforeseen situation, please contact us! We will try together to find a new available date at no extra cost.

Refund times vary depending on your bank, usually between 5 and 10 working days.

To ensure that we have places available, especially during the high season (June-September), we recommend that you book at least 4-5 days in advance

Real-time availability: On our online calendar you can see in real time which dates and times are still free.

💡 Useful tips:

Sunrise and sunset tours → are the most popular, book at least one week in advance if possible

Weekends and public holidays → they fill up quickly

Last minute? → Check the online calendar, you may find vacancies even the day before!

Immediately after booking you will automatically receive:

Confirmation e-mail with all details (date, time, meeting point)

Reminder e-mail 24 hours before the excursion

Have you received nothing? Follow these steps:

  • Check the folder SPAM or Promotions of your email

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your name and the estimated date of your booking: we will get back to you within minutes!

✅ Communicating your name to the guide

✅ Show the confirmation email on your smartphone (or simply say “I booked for [your name]”)
